The Daiwa 20 TD Black series embodies the essence of its highly acclaimed predecessors, Generation BLACK and TD BLACK. This latest release takes the legacy to new heights by incorporating X45X Full Shield technology, elevating the sensitivity and refinement of Team Daiwa BLACK rods.

Rods featuring X45X Full Shield technology are characterized by heightened responsiveness, extended casting distance, and enhanced sensitivity. The use of HVF Nanoplus graphite, a densely populated graphite sheet combined with Nanoplus resin technology, results in lighter yet significantly stronger rod blanks.

The introduction of a new Air Sensor reel seat, 40% lighter than traditional designs, contributes to a balanced overall setup when paired with the right reel. It also features a carbon handle piece that not only adds to the aesthetics but also transmits vibrations effectively for baitcast models, while on spinning models, it ensures a secure grip during two-handed casts.

Fuji Alconite guides adorn the blanks, delivering a flawless performance. Baitcast rods now feature lighter LKW frames in contrast to the LN guides from previous versions.
