Orders will only be accepted from AUSTRALIA! Orders will only be accepted from AUSTRALIAN delivery addresses. Placing an order is completed by filling an order on this website. After you have placed your order, an order number will be issued. This will be done by email.

Payment Methods and Processing
GoneFishin Sales P/L accepts Paypal payments and will ship only when funds have cleared into GoneFishin Sales P/L paypal account. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Refund Policy
Products that are delivered damaged need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. Goods should be returned at your cost and a credit will be issued towards your next purchase unless a replacement product can be arranged. Delivery of replacement product to be your charge. Please be careful when ordering as there will be NO refund for just a change of mind.

Delivery costs to be charged out to customer. Delivery ONLY in AUSTRALIA!
Delivery Times
All orders on this website are processed within 48 Business hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Orders will be delivered by a Courier Service of our choosing or from Australia Post. If you require a fully insured postal then additional charges are needed, please request this at the time of ordering. When an order has been sent we are not responsible for items lost/damaged. You are liable for items once sent. If you have not received your order in the expected time frame then please contact us.
Force Majeure
GoneFishin Sales P/L shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control, GoneFishin Sales P/L shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
Faulty/Warranty claim on an Item
If an item is received and you think it is Faulty or is a Warrantable product then it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, we will then discuss for its return and for a replacement product. Cost for return and redelivery of product will be worn by you the customer.
